After successfully completing the course, students will be able to:
- define main principles of the state liability for damage;
- critically evaluate and recognise state administration tasks;
- explain state administration relations;
- explain the importance of administrative acts for modern administrative law;
- list types ofpublic goods;
- explain manners and mechanisms of administrative restriction of ownership.

After successfully completing the course, students will be able to:
- group and describe types of state liability for damage;
- understand the difference between existing tasks of the state administration;
- apply acquired basic knowledge about administrative acts on the activity of state administration bodies;
- outline the application of research methods.

After successfully completing the course, students will be able to:
- categorise activity and relations of the state administration;
- demonstrate reasons for the need for expropriation;
- analyse the position of puublic goods within the legal order of the Republic of Croatia;
- compare the existing forms of administrative acts;
- analyse all types of state liability for damage.

After successfully completing the course, students will be able to:
- construct the connection between tasks, relations and activity of the state administration;
- propose making of administrative acts;
- formulate causes for initiating expropriation procedures;
- distribute the roles of the state administration and its activity in the Republic of Croatia.

After successfully completing the course, students will be able to:
- examine validity of administrative acts;
- compare advantages and disadvantages of the current system of state liability for damage with previous forms;
- evaluate the role of state administration in a modern state;
- assess the need for implementing expropriation procedures.
